                 The complainant is present. Hd. Ld. Advocate and perused the record.

                 The case of the complainant is that he purchased a policy on 31/01/2012 by depositing 10,000/- (Ten thousand) only on monthly basis which will be matured on 06/02/2013 of Rs.1,40,000/- (One lakh forty thousand) only. It is alleged by the complainant that even after payment of 1,12,000/-(One lakh twenty thousand) only on monthly basis at the monthly premium of 10,000/- (Ten thousand) only, the Op. did not make any payment in favour of the complainant.

                In order to support the claim of the complainant the relevant documents in Xerox copies are filed before us which are going to show the payment has been made in favour of the Op. for the purpose of fulfillment of the maturity amount as per terms are conditions of the policy.

              The fact as disclosed in the case supported by the relevant documents, it is and decided that the prayer of the complainant is bona fide and as such he should get an order of payment of `.1,40,000/- ( One lakh forty thousand) only plus interest @ 10% w.e.f. the date of filing of this case till realization. The complainant should get also a 10,000/- (Ten thousand) only  for cost of harassment.

                   Hence

                              It is ordered

                                                  that the case be and the same is allowed ex-parte against the Op-URO AGRO INDIA Ltd.

                    The complainant is entitled to get the maturity claim of 1,40,000/- ( One lakh forty thousand) only plus interest @ 10% with effect from the date of filing of this case i.e. 29/07/2013 till

realiasation. The petitioner do get also an award of 10,000/- (Ten thousand) only on account of harassment, litigation cost, deficiency of service etc.

                     The Op is hereby directed to make payment of 1,40,000/- ( One lakh forty thousand) only plus interest @ 10% w.e.f. interest thereon 29/07/2013 till  realization plus 10,000/- (Ten thousand) only on account of harassment, litigation cost, deficiency of service etc. with 60 (sixty) days from this date of order.
