               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service in not returning the original claim in form 10-D dated 09.06.2006 and 21.02.2014 along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for monetary loss to the non receipt of pension for the period from 01.10.2005 to 30.09.3013 and to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for the complainant for six years. Sufficient opportunities given. Inspite of the same no appearance by the complainant and documents filed.  Hence, this commission posted this matter today.  Today also there is no representation.  Matter passed over and called twice but no representation.  Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
