Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for taking steps by the complainant.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant and the Ld. Advocate of OP no. 1 are present. One application is filed seeking amended of the complaint with a view to incorporate the new address of the OPs. Copy of the application given to the Ld. Advocate of OP no. 1 and it is registered as MA/233/2022 with the consent of the Ld. Advocate.

The application being no. MA/233/202 is taken up for hearing. After hearing the Ld. Advocates and perusing the petition we think that only to bring the changed address of the OPs into this record the said amended complaint has been sought for. Neither the nature nor the character of the case will be changed if such amendment is allowed.

Therefore, the application for amendment is allowed and the MA/233/2022 is thus disposed of.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended complaint by 30.12.2022 and also to file requisites for issue of notice to the OPs in their new address.
