Final Order / Judgement

In the Lok Adalat held in the main room of this Commission today i.e. on 11.12.2021 at 11.30 am, which is attended by the complainant’s Advocate and the representative of the Ops, it is found that Rs. 14,013/- is lying due unpaid from the Ops since 09.04.2021. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant and the representative of the Ops arrive at a settlement before the Lok Adalat that the Ops will arrange for making payment of Rs. 14,013/- with interest @ 7% p.a. with effect from 09.04.2021 within 30 days hence. It is ascertained from the record that no part of the complainant will remain due, if order for such payment is made.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is settled before this Lok Adalat. The Ops will pay Rs. 14,013/- with interest @ 7% p.a. with effect from 09.04.2021 within 30 days hence,  to the complainant in Demand Draft, failing which, the complainant will be at liberty to put the decree into execution.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
