The record is put up on the prayer of both parties. Both parties have filed a joint petition supported by an affidavit praying for passing appropriate order with a direction to OP No. 1 Insurance Company to make payment of the settled amount to the complainant on the ground that the instant case has been settled down amicably in between the parties , on  condition that the OP No. 1 would pay Rs. 4,00,000/-(Rupees Four Lakh) only  and the complainant agreed to receive the said amount as  full and final settlement of the Insurance Claim bearing No. 644317. The compromise petition has been signed by the complainant -Sekhar Bhandari and the emplaned Ld. Advocate Mr. Suvro Chakraborty , on behalf of the Insurance Company.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides. Perused the case record and the petition for compromise. Considered. Let the compromise petition be accepted as per law.

Hence, it is order that this case be and the same is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition and the compromise petition do  form part of this order.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties on free of cost.
