Having heard, the Ld. Advocate of both the side and on perusal of the entire record including the applications filed by the parties today it is admitted fact that the JDR has complied the direction of this Commission by making payment of the awarded amount. Accordingly there is no need to proceed with this case further more since when the awarded amount has already been paid by the JDR.

The District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has no locus-standi to pass any order by go beyond the decree since when the Commission is functus officio from the date of delivery of Final Order.

Hence, it is therefore

The instant Case No. E.A. Case No. 16 of 2023 is here by dropped due to full satisfaction.

The prayer for expunging the observation passed in Consumer Case No. 62 of 2023 as prayed for by the JDR is therefore rejected.
