The complainant files a petition supported with an affidavit praying for dismissal of this case for non- prosecution. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

The complainant stated that the O.P- Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd and ors. paid the matured amount to the complainant and therefore the complainant does not want to proceed with the case.

Since the complainant does not want to proceed with the case is dismissed for non- prosecution as prayer of the complainant.

Hence,

            it is ordered,

that the case being No. 251/2019 is dismissed for default.
