File taken up before National Lok Adalat. On 03.09.2024, ld. counsel for the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 has made a following statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that as per the instructions of the official of the company,  i.e. Opposite Parties No.1 & 2, the company is ready to return the amount of first premium of Rs.2,09,000/- within a period of 45 days from the date of order, subject to deduction from the amount  return of premium, if any paid by the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 company.”

          On the other hand, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following statement:-

          “Stated that I have heard the statement of ld. counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 and agree with the same and in lieu of that as per the instruction of the complainant, I do not want to pursue further with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
