           Complainant is present. Today is fixed for hearing of the petition under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of Civil Procedure Code filed by the Complainant. Let the petition be treated as M.A. being No. 93/2023.

 

          Perused the petition. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant. Considered. From the content of the petition it appears that Complainant / Petitioner intend to incorporate the name of Reliance Digital in place of Capital Electronics and also intend to incorporate the name of Proprietor of Pro Care i.e. Nilanjan Das in the Cause Title of the petition of complaint.

 

          Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant.

 

          On careful consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case this Commission is of view that the presence of this Reliance Digital and Nilanjan Das in this case is highly required in proper adjudication of the subject matter.

 

          Under such circumstances, this Commission has no predicament to allow this petition. Hence, the petition filed by the Complainant under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of Civil Procedure Code is considered and allowed ex-parte.

 

          The Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is directed to file the amended petition of complaint within the stipulated period.

 

No S/R has yet been received. Complainant is directed to serve the notice at once and to file the requisites. The M.A. being No. 93/2023 is thus disposed of.
