This Case Record Has Been Placed Before The Ld. Judges Of National Lok Adalat Which Is Held On This Day At The Court Room Of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

The Parties Of This Case And Their Ld. Lawyers Are Found Present And Ready.

Heard Both Sides.  Considered Submission.

As Per Submission Of The Ld. Lawyers Of Both Sides The Disputes Involved In This Case Have Been Amicably Settled And Relating To Settlement The Op Has Already Paid Rs.170000/- To The Complainant By Way Of Bank Draft Bearing No.942377 Of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Salt Lake Sector-5 Branch Dated.8.5.2023 And The Complainant Side Has Received The Said Bank Draft And Filed Money Receipt.

On The Background Of The Above Noted Argument Highlighted By The Ld. Advocates Of Both Sides The Ld. Judges Of Lok Adalat Examined The Joint Compromise Petition And It Appears That The Terms And Conditions Depicted In The Joint Compromise Petition Which Is Supported By Affidavit Are Found Satisfactory And So It Is Accepted.

Ld. Judges Of National Lok Adalat Are Of The View That This Case Can Be Settled And Disposed Of According To The Terms And Conditions Of The Joint Compromise Petition Dated.10th May, 2023.
