This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Heard both sides. Considered submission.

From the submission highlighted by the ld. Advocates of both sides it is revealed that the disputes in this case have been settled in between the parties and as a condition of settlement the op has already paid Rs. 1,20,000/- to the complainant.

As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled the complainant is withdrawing this case. One withdraw petition has been filed. Ld. Advocate for the op is not raising any objection in the matter of withdrawing this case.

In the result, it is accordingly,

ordered

that the C.C. case no. 204 of 2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.

Let the withdraw petition be made part of this order.

No order is passed as to costs.
