Both the parties are present. Heard both the sides. It is seen that Consumer Case No.57 of 2017 was disposed of on 12.04.2018 with a direction to replace the LED TV set with a new one of similar description along with compensation and litigation cost within stipulated time. When the Jdrs did not comply the order, the Dhr filed the present Misc. Case against the Jdrs. Complying the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in the original Consumer Case No.57 of 2017, the Jdrs have submitted a memo to the effect that they have replaced the LED TV with a new one of similar description along with D.D for Rs.10,183.00 dated 21.4.2023 to which the Dhr has submitted a memo of undertaking stating that she has received the new LED TV set and the amount.  

                                         Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and when the matter has already been come to an end between the parties, this Commission has nothing to proceed with the case, rather to drop the case.

                                         Accordingly, this present Misc. case is dropped.
