                        Case put up today before  the Lok Adalat held at DCDRF, Rayagada. Complainant is present before the forum and filed a memo stating therein that the Ops have settled the dispute as per his claim. Hence, he wants to withdrawn the case as the Ops  have already settle the issue of the complainant.

                        Forum verified the documents filed by the complainant. As there is  no claim by the complainant and the Ops have already filed counter ,it is came to the decision by the forum to drop the case. The parties to bear their own cost.

                        Supply the copy of order to  he parties according to the provision of C.P.Act.
