ORDER

           When we look into the claim raised in the complaint, we are of the opinion that the amount, in dispute, will be more than Rs.1 crore. In the circumstances, let this complaint be returned to the complainant to file it before the competent Commission.

                   Counsel for the complainant is directed to give one photocopy of the complaint alongwith documents annexed therewith, for record of this Commission and upon his doing so, within a week from today, all the three paper-books be returned to him in original.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
