The Complainants are present through their ld. Advocate. Today the Complainants have filed an application which is registered as MA-02/2021, whereby prayer is made for incorporation of the new address of the OP-1 in the cause title of the complaint.

In the application it is mentioned that after admission of this complaint notices were issued upon the OPs, but due to insufficient address the notice could not be effected in respect of the OP-1. Very recently  the Complainants got knowledge about the new address of the OP-1 and hence for proper adjudication of this complaint the new address of the OP-1 is required to be incorporated in the cause title of the complaint. According to the Complainants if this application is not allowed, they will suffer irreparable loss and injury and prayer is made for allowing this application.

We have duly considered the content of the application and in our opinion incorporation of the new address of the OP-1 in the cause title of the complaint will not change the nature and character of this complaint, and hence in the interest of justice the prayer as made out by the Complainants in the application should be allowed.

Hence the MA being no-02/2021 is hereby disposed of accordingly. The Complainant is directed to submit the amended complaint showing the new address of the OP-1 in the cause title of the complaint before the office of this Ld. Commission. Thereafter the Complainant shall serve the notice to the OP-1 at the new address. The office is directed to extend co-operation to the Complainant.
