ORDER

     Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant for filing correct address of OP or for filing application for substituted service of OP. On the last date of hearing also neither complainant nor his counsel was present. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter any further. Since complainant has not turned up, so this complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution on the part of the complainant.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
