The MA 246/2019 is taken up for hearing.

 

The matter relates to expunction of Op 1.

 

After having heard the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and Op 3 and 4, it becomes clear that the main allegation is directed against the Op 1. Therefore the prayer for expunction of his name from the cause title should be rejected.

 

Hence it is ordered

                             that the MA 246/2019 stands rejected.

 

 

Let plain copies of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
