Today is fixed for evidence by O.P as last chance i.d. necessary order. Complainant is physically present. His Ld. Advocate is also present. Ld. Advocate for all the O.Ps is present. Complainant files copy of Adhar Card in support of his identity. He also files a petition supported by affidavit praying for permission to withdraw the case. Copy served. Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps filed Xerox copy of a cheque vide no. 519906 dated 03/01/2024 for the amount of Rs. 1,60,000/-. He submits that as per claim of the Complainant they paid the aforesaid amount. Ld. Advocate for the Complainant submits that at this stage Complainant has no grievance. He wants to withdraw the case.

During hearing no objection raised.

In view of aforesaid discussion prayer for withdrawal of case by the Complainant is allowed.

Hence,

That the Complainant is permitted to withdraw this case i.e. C.C./297/2022.

The case is thus disposed off.
