Ld. Advocate Ms. Mouli Maji appears on behalf of the Judgement debtor and submits that as per order of this Commission Judgement debtor already complied the order and after receiving the decretal amount Decree holder remain absent for a long period and last occasion this Commission was already show caused Decree holder for non taking step. In spite of that Decre holder remain absent without any step. So, in my view, Decree holder received the entire decretal amount and for this reason remain absent without any step.

Ld. Advocate for the Judgement debtor also files original receipt wherein Decree holder put his signature acknowledging the payment of entire decretal amount which is kept with the record.

Hence, it is

                               O R D E R E D

that this execution case be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.
