Sh.Amit Kumar Rai, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of complainant and filed his vakalatnama.      Heard. The matter has amicably been settled between the complainant and OP No.1 & 2. Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 has handed over to the counsel for complainant a cheque of the denomination of Rs.14,86,716.97 in favour of complainant which the counsel for complainant has received towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. Photocopy of cheque alongwith receipt retained on record. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 and that of Sh.Amit Kumar Rai, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled, subject to realization of cheque in question. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties.         Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The matter has amicably been settled between the complainant and OP No.1 & 2. A cheque of the denomination of Rs.14,86,716.97 bearing No.399760 dated 24.08.2019 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of complainant Rattan Chand Sharma has been handed over to Sh.Amit Kumar Rai, Counsel for Complainant today towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint.

I have read and heard the statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 above said. The said settlement is acceptable to the complainant. I have received a cheque of the denomination of Rs.14,86,716.97 bearing No.399760 dated 24.08.2019 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of complainant Rattan Chand Sharma from counsel for OP No.1 & 2 towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being settled.
