ORDER

     This consumer complaint taken up today as per order dated 20.05.2022 passed in Miscellaneous Application No.56 of 2022 filed jointly by both the parties for putting up the case file as the matter has been settled between the parties.

     Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs has handed over a cheque bearing No.986298 dated 29.04.2022 for an amount of Rs.703281.31 in favour of complainant to Sh.Harpreet S.Rakhra, Counsel for Complainant and the counsel for complainant has received the said cheque as full & final settlement and withdrawn the present complaint subject to realization of cheque. Memorandum of settlement has been placed on record. Photocopy of cheque with receipt taken thereon has also been placed on record. Sh.Amit Kumar, Counsel for Complainant has also appended his signature on the photocopy of cheque. The present consumer complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
