The complainant is present by filing a petition through his Ld. Lawyer on the ground stated therein. The OP No. 1 is also present by filing a hajira through his Ld. Lawyer.

At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition stating that the complainant has received a cheque amounting to Rs. 1,15,000/- from the OP No. 1 as per amicable settlement and the cheque has been encashed by the complainant. So the complainant has no claim against the OP. So, the case may be disposed off with full satisfaction.

The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has submitted before the Forum that he has received a cheque amounting to Rs. 1,15,000/- from the OP No. 1 as per amicable settlement and the cheque has been encashed by the complainant. So the complainant has no claim against the OP. So, the case may be disposed off with full satisfaction.
However, after hearing the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant and also after perusal of the petition as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the instant case may be disposed off with full satisfaction.

that the instant case be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction.
