Reply and evidence on behalf of OP No.1 & 2 have been received in the registry.      At this stage, the parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Amit Kumar, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed off as settled in terms of settlement. The parties shall be bound by the statements made by their counsels today before this Commission and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OP No.1 & 2.

 

 

Stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OP No.1 & 2 shall refund an amount of Rs.72,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement and the said payment shall be made within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order failing which the OP No.1 & 2 shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint.
