Final Order / Judgement | The case is posted today for further hearing. Advocate for the complainants is absent, no steps filed. Advocates for the O.Ps are also absent, no steps filed. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainants. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record. In the present case, the O.Ps were appeared & filed their separate w/vs. As it appears from the case record that the complainants remained absent since 24.10.17 to till today except 03.06.19 & 20.01.20, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainants, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainants should be dismissed. Accordingly, the complaint of the complainants is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case. The interim order, if any, passed against the O.Ps is treated to be infructuous. | |
