JDR has proved the decree is satisfied  by issuing cheque of an amount of Rs. 12960/-. But DHR is absent.

Hence, Ordered that Ex. Case is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Order No. 13 / Dated 07/10/2015.

Today record is put up as it is pointed out that the Ld. Lawyer of the JDR No. 1 by suppressing the payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- as awarded by the Judgement submitted that cheque amount of Rs.12,960/- is paid to DHR and prayed for disposal of the Ex. case and in absence of DHR it was disposed of relying upon JDR’s Ld. Lwayer’s submission but now it is found that the submission of the JDR’s Ld. Lawyer was not fair submission but truth is that JDR is legally bound to pay litigation cost of Rs.10,000/- which has not been paid. So JDR No.1 is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- at once to the DHR Uday Khanna within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order failing which penal action be started.

Order No. 14 / Dated 30/10/2015.

Today DHR has reported  that a cheque of Rs.10,000/- has been handed over to the DHR who is present beforre Forum and has admitted the fact and so total decreetal amount is paid to the DHR and decree is fully satisfied.
