The complaint is filed Under Section 12 of the ConsumeR Protection Act of 1986 for an Order directing the opposite parties to return the training Fee of Rs.60,000/- with 15% interest and to pay Rs.2,50,000/- as compensation to the complainant.

2. On receipt of the complaint, Notice issued to opposite parties and opposite parties appeared before the Forum and filed version stating that the Forum had no jurisdiction to try the case before this Forum. Thereafter the complainant filed petition to allow the complainant to withdraw the complaint and to grant liberty to file the same before the proper Forum.

The Forum allowed the petition after proper verification and the case is hereby closed. The complainant is at liberty to file the same before proper Forum. The delay caused during the pendency of the case before this Forum is hereby condoned for the purpose of limitation and the complainant is at liberty to file the complaint before the proper Forum. Hence the complaint is closed accordingly.
