Notice issued to complainant through process-server and the same has been received back with the report 'Served'. Case has been called several times since morning. None has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is 4:30 PM. Further wait is not justified.

Today the case is fixed for filing RC for issuing notice to opposite party by the complainant. Neither the complainant nor her counsel is present and complainant has failed to produce the RC/AD for issuing notice to the opposite party despite effective opportunities. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Hence, there is no use to grant further opportunity to the complainant. Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for non-compliance of order as well as for want of prosecution.
