Today is fixed for admission hearing as last chance. Complainant is absent without any steps till 4:00 P.M. None appears on behalf of the Complainants on repeated calls.

Record is put up for order. Perused record.

Complainants by filing this complaint prayed for direction upon the Opposite Parties to return Rs. 1,50,000/-, compensation and other reliefs.

But Complainant is found absent today. Moreover, Complainant not yet filed original documents which are required to come to a just decision on the point on the point of admission of the case.

In view of aforesaid discussion, we are unable to find any material to admit this case .

Hence,

                                       Ordered,

That the present case be and the same vide no. C.C./66/2024 is dismissed being not admitted.

However, liberty is given to the Complainant to file fresh complaint on the self same cause of action within a month from this date.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
