FINAL ORDER

  Sri Anupam Bhattacharyya, Presiding Member.

The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying for refund of Rs.7500/- and Rs.9, 000/- along with interest @ 15% plus Rs.20, 000/- towards cost.

Both the complaint and the OP filed a joint petition for compromise stating that they are willing to withdraw the case for disposal of the case being disputed amount the parties. They do not want to proceed with the case further.

The complainant has again filed an affidavit on 16.12.15 relating to the compromise petition filed on 17.09.15.

Considering both the petitions dt. 17.09.15 filed by the complainant on 16.12.15 we find that the dispute has been settled among the parties voluntarily and the parties do not want to  proceed with the case. As such we have no other alternative but to conclude that the case be disposed of finally being settled on compromise among the parties.

Hence,

                                              Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 84/2015 be and the same is disposed being withdrawn.

There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
