Learned counsels for the complainant as well as for the OP F/C are present to-day. A joint petition filed by both the Advocates in presence of the complainant is produced agreeing to abide by the conditions enumerated in the said petition. Further the OP F/C agreed to issue NDC within one month to the complainant and the complainant is agreed to relive gush for the claims in this matter. In view of the said joint petition, agreeing with the condition placed there we direct the OP-Finance company to issue No dues certificate (NDC) to the complainant within one month from the date of this order positively. Accordingly, the present CC case is disposed of.

 Copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost.
