Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. Counsel for the opposite party submitted that the only relief sought for is to produce the statement of account of the loan availed by the complainant. That has been produced by the opposite party before the Forum. The counsel for the complainant submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and the complainant is ready to pay the half of the amount as per the statement of accounts within 15 days. Both parties agreed.
Hence the petition closed as per the settlement.
