Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. Counsel for the opposite party submitted that they are ready to conduct the resurvey of the disputed property and they requested 3 months time for the same. The opposite parties are directed to cure the defects caused in the resurvey of the disputed property of the complainant within 3 months and the complainant

is directed to produce the relevant documents before the opposite parties for the same. If the original title deed or pattayam has been mortgaged at any bank for receiving loan, the complainant can produce the attested copies of the same before the opposite parties and the certificate regarding the same for conducting the survey. Both parties agreed.
Hence the petition closed.
