1.  This OP had been lying  dormant from 30/07/1999   onwards.    Hence notice was issued to the parties to appear before this Commission on 12/11/2021.  When the matter was called  there was no representation for either side.   
2. From a perusal of the records it has transpired that this claim  was one of the subject matter in  Company Application No.407/99 and 408/99 on the file of  Honourable High Court of Tamilnadu, wherein a liquidator was appointed to consider the claim of the creditors of the company under winding up procedures.
3.  Hence the  complaint is dismissed.
