Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

Heard the petitioner. The bonds issued by 2^nd opposite party were not in the name of complainant. The complainant represented that the deposit holders became majors. The complainant did not file any power of attorney while filing complaint. The complainant sought permission of Forum to withdraw the case with a liberty to file fresh complaint. Considering this technical defect, granting permission to the complainant to institute fresh complaint will meet ends of justice.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed with a liberty to file fresh complaint.
