Learned Advocate for the petitioner complainant by filing a petition No. 562/19 dated 22.10.2019 has submitted that they have compromised the matter with the APDCL outside the Court and as per the compromise, the complainant has paid Rs. 1,07,014 (Rupees one lac seven thousand and fourteen) only as full and final settlement and the APDCL has issued the pucca receipt in favour of the complainant as an acknowledgement of the amount and in pursuant to this out of court settlement, the complainant is no longer interested to proceed further with this case and wants to withdraw the case as the greivances of the complainant has been saturated. 

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. 

In view of the compromise, the instant case is disposed of an withdrawal.
