          Record is putup today. On call none of the litigants has appeared before this commission & both parties are absent. It’s reveals from the case record that, after filling of this case on dt.10.07.2019 by the Complainant has remained absent & no steps taken till yet. It’s a year old case for the Year, 2019 and this matter could not be disposed off due to long absence of the Complainant. The proceeding is within the knowledge of the Complainant & he has not attend regularly as the date fixed by the commission and having defaulted in complying the same. That, inordinate of this commission within the stipulated period clearly reveals the malafide intention, harassing attitude & callousness of the contesting parties. That, a summery procedure of this nature, the Consumer Commission cannot wait up to the will & wish of the Complainant to appear before this commission. A party never the best of like a consumer should be debarred from taking the fruit of the disputes. There are reason to take effective step under C.P.Act,2019.
