          Counsel for complainant and opposite party 2 filed joint memo of compromise that the 2^nd opposite party paid a sum of Rs.65,000/- towards full and final settlement and the complainant also received the same and the willing to withdraw the complaint against opposite parties 1,2.  Joint memo recorded. In view of the case is settled as per joint memo, the complaint against the opposite parties 1,2 dismissed as withdrawn.
