Version of opposite parties 1 and 2 filed.  The complainant filed memo to the following effect:

        “It is submitted that in the above case the matter had been posted for filing of the counter by the opposite parties.  Since the case has to be filed before the Civil Court, the complainant is withdrawing the case.  Therefore, it is prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit us to withdraw the case and pass necessary orders in the interest of justice.

        Hence the not press memo”.

        In view of the said memo, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
