Today is fixed for filing report in respect of amicable settlement. The complainant is present. The Department of Postal Authority is also present.

The complainant by filing a verified petition states that he wants to withdraw the case on the ground that disputes involved in this case have been amicable settled. The representative of the Postal Authority candidly admitted that they have already paid the entire amount of the complainant.

As the complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case, let this case be disposed of as it is withdrawn.
