Presentcomplainant in person alongwith Counsel and Sh. Mukesh Sharma, ASO of OP-1 i.e. DJB, Sh. Sunil Kumar, Counsel for OP-2 i.e. DJB and Ms. Divya Srivastava, Counsel for OP-3 i.e. L & T Ltd. The complainant filed a copy of water connection bill dated 02.12.2019 and stated that he is fully satisfied with the water bill and as agreed, the complainant is at liberty to replace the existing the water meter with a new water meter at his own expenses and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
