1.     Complainant filed this complaint on 05-10-2012. As this  matter
was related  with   medical negligence  hence matter was sent for
expert opinion prior to issuance of notice to the OP .    The G.B.
Pant Hospital has sought the CDs of coronary angiogram and periperhal
angiogram done at the  OP hospital on 22.08.2011 and CD of peripheral
angioplasty and stenting done at Delhi Heart & Lung Institute on
29.07.2011.  It has also sought report with film of CT coronary
angiogram and CT angiogram of lower limb vessels done at Fortis
Hospital on 22.7.2011. Accordingly complainant was directed to provide
the CDs on 12.02.2016 but this order was not complied by the
complainant  on 11.03.2016 thereafter complainant is not appearing
since 11.04.2016, 10.05.2016, 12.07.2016 , 22.07.2016 and 15.09.2016.

2.     Therefore,  it appears that complainant is not interested in
pursuing the case. He did not comply the order of the forum passed on
12.02.2016.   In these circumstances, it will be abuse of process to
continue the case in absence of the complainant hence we dismiss the
complaint accordingly.

3.     Copy of the order be made available to the parties as per law.
File be consigned to record room.
