On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 06.01.2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant and OP for several consecutive hearings including today. We also find from record Written Arguments have not been filed by both parties till date. Commission can not incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution as well as in light of territorial jurisdiction. File be consigned to record room.
