The complainant files a petition ith the prayer for permission to withdraw the case on the ground mentioned therein. He files some documents as per firisti. Originals of such documents are produced before us. Copy of the petition is shown to the OP – 2.  Heard. Considered the prayer of the complainant the complainant has informed that he has got electric connection applied for. He prays for withdraw of case on full satisfaction. Seen also the documents filed these show that electric connection to the complainant was effected on 25.04.2015 in view of these facts , petition of the complainant is allowed. The case thus stands disposed off for non-prosecution.
