            Sri.A.Sudarsana Babu, Advocate, represented the complainant. Counsel for the opposite parties 1 and 2 present. Memo filed by opposite parties 1 and 2 stating that the matter is settled by issuing cheque for Rs.8,80,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs eighty thousand only) in favour of the complainant. The complainant also endorsed on the said memo to the effect that she received the cheque bearing No.737057 dt:15.03.2021, and stated that the complaint may be dismissed, as not pressed.  

            2.  Heard.

            3.  In view of not pressing the complaint by the complainant, as evident from the endorsement on the memo filed by the opposite parties, this complaint is dismissed, as settled out of District Commission. No costs.
