This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.41,585/ i.e. Sterling Pounds 319.088 at INR 83.58507200/- together with interest calculated at the rate of 18% p.a. from 19.01.2017 to till the date of realization by the 1st opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for humiliation, stress, strain and mental agony with cost of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant filed a Memo stating that the matter is settled between the parties.  Hence, Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  The Memo form part of the order.
