        This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri Md.Nazeeruddin, Advocate for the Complainant, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        Counsel for the Complainant present and stated that Complainant has received original certificates with no defect and filed a Memo stating that not pressing the complaint.  Hence, complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
