Complainant is absent. O.Ps are present in person. Advocate Manoj Sahoo files power on behalf of P.I.O that is O.P 3. It is submitted by the O.P that the document which was applied by the complainant is the answer sheet of the final exam. As per the rules per the university it is treated as a confidential document. They have brought it under shield cover for the perused of the Commission. Since the matter relates to a confidential document as per the provisions of the RTI act it was rejected. So there is no deficiency in service on the part of the O.Ps. They cited the relevant provision of law and we are satisfied that the case is no more required to be continued. Accordingly the case is dropped & the shield cover is returned to the O.P-1 in presence of O.P- 2 & O.P- 3 for handing over to the principal.
