The case is put up today on the strength of advance memo filed by the complainant along with a memo to withdraw this case & xerox copy of his Aadhaar card. Copies seen by other sides. Both the complainant & his Advocate are present today. Advocate on behalf of O.P No.1 is present & files an original D.D Dtd. 25.04.2024 amounting to Rs.1,50,000/- along with xerox copy of Memorandum of settlement. The original D.D is received by the complainant. Perused the case record.

                                         Heard from both the sides. Perused the memo of complainant for withdrawal of the case. It is stated in the memo that the case between both the Parties have already been settled outside of this Commission, for which the complainant wants to withdraw the present case. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to accept the memo for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The memos filed by the complainant are disposed of accordingly. The case need not be posted to 05.06.2024 as fixed earlier.
