The case is put up today on the strength of record call for petition filed by Advocate for the complainant along with a petition to withdraw this case and Xerox copy of Aadhaar card & documents.                                          Heard. Perused the petition of complainant for withdrawal of the case. It is stated in the petition that the dispute between both the Parties have already been amicably settled outside of this Commission, for which the complainant wants to withdraw the present case. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The memo Dtd.05.12.22 filed by O.Ps No.1 to 3 is disposed of & the withdrawal petition filed by the complainant is also disposed of accordingly.
