The complainant filed a complaint case against Bajaj Finserv, Bhadrak who is opposite parties for non supply of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the loan Account which he has already paid all the loan amount. The opposite parties filed their written version on 30.11.2018 and stated that they already issued the N.O.C to the complainant since 27.10.2018 & a copy of N.O.C has also been attached with the written version. Since there is no merit in this case as complainant has already received the N.O.C & not appeared before this Commission for so many times. So the C.C is dismissed for default.
